A research-based video collage that explores post-war prosperity in the West and its connection to violence at the intersection of public and private life.

(The footage used includes, for example, historical adverts for kitchen appliances, documentaries on avant-garde gastronomy of the 1980s, educational films on manners for children, and various commentaries on the crisis surrounding the far-left terrorist organisation RAF in West Germany in the 1970s.)
